Budgeting

Budgeting is an exercise in frustration for most firms. Using Dynamics Excel budgeting alleviates some of the pain. The system will export the codes and allow users to update and import back into Dynamics. This allows the budget to be used by FRx in the development of variance reports. This is included with the General Ledger from Dynamics and provides the base budgeting model.

FRx Forecaster takes the base model and moves it up to a web deployed, interactive budget forecaster that allows budgeting at the department level. Segregation of HR and payroll while showing the cumulative effect on the departmental budgets is supported. FRx Forecaster allows roll ups to be controlled by administration therefore formula is never in question. This tool has full calculation and security as well as approval and workflow.
