We are seeking a Receptionist/AR Clerk for a permanent full-time position.

This position will be reporting to the Operations Manager.  Main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Receptionist Responsibilities include:

  • Answers phones & greeting clients
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, fax and couriers
  • Daily bank deposit
  • Handles and reconciles petty cash
  • Pulls backups for vendor cheques
  • Weekly and Monthly Rebate Reporting
  • Office Supply Orders
  • Ordering and arranging catering for in office meetings
  • Filing
  • Tidy boardrooms, watering plants
  • Other administrative duties as required

Accounts Receivable Responsibilities include:

  • Customer Collections
  • Cash Receipts
  • Customer Invoicing using Microsoft Dynamics

Skills required:

  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently
  • Attentive to detail, neat and accurate

This position is an entry level position and would be suitable for a recent graduate looking to gain office experience.
